Booking Fee

When booking appointments, we kindly ask for a 30% booking fee placed to secure your appointment. Your booking fee will be deducted from your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We Appreciate 24hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 12hrs of the appointment will incur our booking deposit fee.

Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice will incur full-service fee.

Gift Voucher Redemption

Gift vouchers are valid for three years and expire in on the date indicated on the gift voucher. Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on services and products in salon and are not redeemable for cash. Unused balances cannot be refunded but may be carried over to next treatment. Gift Vouchers cannot be re-sold. Please keep your Gift Voucher secure and treat it as though you would treat cash as we are unable to replace or locate the details of lost Gift Vouchers.
